Prop Harvest 101 ($97) and Prop Farm Ultra Scaler ($1,497 standard price or $897 when an eligible OTO is accepted in time) are one-time digital purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Except where applicable law or an express written offer requires otherwise, Tiltless Club does not promise discretionary refunds after digital access or coaching services have begun.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory statutory cancellation, conformity, refund or consumer rights. The exact treatment can depend on your location, whether you expressly requested immediate digital supply, the amount of coaching already delivered and the facts of the transaction. Contact support@tiltless.club promptly with a legitimate billing or service issue.
Duplicate, unauthorised or erroneous charges
Report suspected duplicate, unauthorised or erroneous charges so they can be investigated. We may request reasonable verification. Do not provide full card details by email.
Partial and full refunds
Where a partial refund is appropriate, the related entitlement may continue unless the remaining consideration or circumstances no longer support access. A full refund normally revokes the entitlement tied to that order after Stripe confirms the refund. The administrator refund tool records an audit note and Stripe remains the payment authority.
Effect on affiliate commission
A refund, reversal or dispute can void or reverse commissions tied to the affected order under the Affiliate Terms, including after maturation or payout where legally permitted.
Legacy subscriptions
If an older customer still has a legacy recurring subscription from before the one-time product model, its cancellation/refund treatment follows the terms applicable to that legacy agreement and applicable law. New Prop Harvest 101 and Ultra Scaler purchases do not renew automatically.
