These Terms govern tiltless.club, the free Mathematical Edge Training, Prop Harvest 101, Prop Farm Ultra Scaler, member updates, account features and the affiliate programme (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract and permitted to use the Service where you live. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support@tiltless.club of suspected compromise. Accounts and member content are personal and non-transferable. Account sharing, credential resale and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.
2. Free membership
Email registration creates a free member account and access to the free training and affiliate tools. No purchase, joining fee or paid membership is required to participate in the affiliate programme. A limited session may be created immediately; sensitive actions require email verification and a password.
3. One-time training products
Prop Harvest 101 is a one-time digital training purchase priced at $97 USD. It introduces educational methods for identifying mathematical discrepancies and evaluating possible prop-firm trading edges without assuming prior trading skill. It is not a recurring subscription.
Prop Farm Ultra Scaler is a six-week coaching programme priced at $1,497 USD as the standard one-time price. It covers scaling concepts across futures and CFDs, bankroll protection, proprietary profitability-assessment calculators and coaching calls. Course access and coaching remain subject to the published programme schedule and these Terms.
4. Post-purchase one-time offer
After Stripe verifies an eligible Prop Harvest 101 purchase, the purchaser may receive a time-limited offer to buy Prop Farm Ultra Scaler for $897 USD. The displayed countdown is tied to the server-recorded paid timestamp of the qualifying purchase, not to a browser cookie. Unless the offer states otherwise, the configured window is 30 minutes. When that window expires, the Ultra Scaler price returns to the then-current standard price, initially $1,497. The server validates offer eligibility and price at checkout.
5. Payment state and access
Stripe’s verified server-to-server payment notifications determine order and entitlement state. A browser success page is not proof of payment. Checkout collects the email address and a phone number needed for account/payment administration and coaching contact. Access starts only after a successful payment is confirmed. Refunds, reversals or disputes can alter or end the entitlement tied to the affected order.
6. Educational nature
Tiltless Club is an educational publisher/platform. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager, funded prop firm, trade-execution service or investment-management service. Content is general information, not personalised financial, legal or tax advice. We do not guarantee profits, income, funded accounts, evaluation passes, payouts, firm acceptance or any trading result.
7. Temporary edges and changing third-party rules
Trading edges, prop-firm economics, platform rules and market conditions can change or disappear without notice. “Make hay while the sun shines” describes the importance of recognising that opportunities can be temporary; it is not a promise that an edge exists now or will remain profitable. You must verify drawdown, loss, payout, trading-day, inactivity, weekend, news, automation, copying, VPS/IP/device, prohibited-strategy, scaling and evaluation rules against each firm’s current official documentation before acting.
8. Content licence
Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement where required, Tiltless Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal use. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, remove rights notices from or create a competing library from the content except where law expressly permits.
9. Affiliate programme
The affiliate programme is governed by the Affiliate Terms, which form part of these Terms. Commission percentages illustrate allocation of eligible verified purchases and are not income promises. Referral abuse, self-referrals, fabricated claims, cookie stuffing, impersonation, spam and deceptive trading claims are prohibited.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, interfere with security, introduce malware, access another account, automate abusive requests, exploit vulnerabilities, infringe rights, commit fraud, misrepresent Tiltless Club or use the Service unlawfully. We may investigate, rate-limit, suspend or terminate abusive access and preserve records as permitted or required by law.
11. Refunds
The Refund Policy applies. Digital training and coaching services are generally non-refundable once supplied where legally permitted, but mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Legitimate refunds can be issued through Stripe, and refunds, disputes or reversals may end associated access and unwind affiliate commissions.
12. Communications
We may send service communications necessary for account security, access, payment administration, coaching logistics, material programme updates, commissions and withdrawals. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn without losing service messages required to administer the account.
13. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace or retire features and update content. The Ultra Scaler programme is described as six weeks of coaching, but individual call dates, materials and delivery details may reasonably change. Third-party outages, prop-firm rule changes, security events and maintenance may affect access.
14. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Tiltless Club is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, third-party rule changes, prop-firm decisions, affiliate outcomes or decisions made in reliance on general educational content.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account for fraud, security risk, sanctions concerns, material breach, payment abuse or unlawful conduct. Decisions affecting commissions follow the Affiliate Terms and applicable law. You may request account closure, subject to retaining records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.
16. Legacy subscriptions
Older recurring subscriptions created before the switch to the one-time products may remain visible for historical billing and customer-service administration. They are not offered to new customers. Any decision to cancel or migrate a legacy recurring agreement is handled according to that customer’s existing agreement, Stripe state and applicable law rather than being silently changed by this website release.
17. Governing law and disputes
The intended governing jurisdiction is [GOVERNING JURISDICTION MUST BE SUPPLIED BEFORE LIVE LAUNCH], subject always to mandatory consumer protections and courts that applicable law gives you.
